Eh. There was a World of Warcraft boardgame with lots of attractive pieces, but it was too involved even for me.

Has there ever been a boardgame based on a computer game that was actually good? Civilization: The Boardgame is decent, and I consider it playable at least, but why not play the real thing? Why deal with all those pieces and dice rolling?

Have you heard anything about this game yet? From the material at the website it seems pretty cool. I also read a couple of game reviews at boardgamegeek.com (based on GenCon previews) that seemed favorable :D

I played the PC game for hours and hours and hours, and am chomping at the bit to get my hands on StarCraft II when that comes out.

All StarCraft, all the time! :p
